Start with the exact official source
Record publisher, table, update date and access date. Match product, legal provider, version and certified function. A historical PDF establishes what appeared in that edition, not today’s production status.
Keep status concepts separate
Certification, funded-program participation, a provider security statement and an organization-specific privacy assessment are different. Quebec’s AI transcription page states that vendor TGV certification and the acquiring organization’s EFVP are separate requirements.
Read scope and footnotes
An entry may apply only to a named version. An EFVP performed for Santé Québec does not automatically cover another clinic. Suspended, pending and not-listed statuses must remain visible.
Verify at each decision gate
Save a dated source when the short list is approved, when the contract is signed and before production use. Ask the vendor to identify the exact contracted version. Navigator inclusion is never a certification or endorsement by Teché.

Each badge identifies the status shown in the official source, the table date and a link to that source. A badge is not a Teché recommendation, proof that a proposed contract uses the same version, or authorization to deploy in a clinic.
