I’m Uzziel Tamon, founder of Teché Consulting, the consulting practice operated by Teché Health Services. I help Quebec clinics improve workflows, select and implement clinical systems, integrate practical AI, and train teams to use technology with confidence.
- My Background
Experience built inside clinics
From clinic archives to systems implementation
Before consulting, I worked inside clinic operations, starting in medical archives and progressing into IT coordination, systems implementation and operational leadership.
At Brunswick Medical Center, I helped move workflows from paper charts to EMRs, implement appointment booking and RAMQ billing systems, and support the people using them every day.
My work has also included research data management at the MUHC Research Institute, contributing to clinical research with Dr. Kenneth Myers on Serum Levels of Valproic Acid and Carbamazepine and working alongside Dr. Robert Koenekoop’s team.
Technology succeeds when it fits the workflow and the team is prepared to use it.
- How I Work

I lead the work, stay accountable, and recommend what fits the clinic rather than pushing a predetermined tool.
