The private Teché inventory contains 160 unique products, public services and firms across all 12 Navigator categories. The controlled cohort contains 58 entities: 41 represented in the governed bilingual release cohort and 17 retained privately for further evidence work. Two suspended products remain on hold.
What the count includes
The inventory includes official-table candidates, Quebec public services, provider-sourced candidates, Canadian products whose Quebec availability still needs verification and firms with a Quebec presence to research. It excludes private individual consultants because consent is required.
Evidence mix and limits
Official current sources, official historical snapshots, program participation and provider claims are different evidence classes. Inventory inclusion does not establish availability, certification, fit or endorsement. Missing URLs and verification labels are research gaps.
Selection and updates
Priority favours distinct buyer decisions, Quebec applicability, a usable primary source and bilingual relevance. Every release profile separates official evidence from provider statements and lists open buyer questions. Suspended products, ambiguous versions and unsupported claims remain private. Payment never changes the cohort or organic order. Future dated reports will show additions, removals, freshness, category coverage and corrections.
