The current Quebec AI-transcription table identifies CoeurWay as TGV certified and records a Santé Québec EFVP. That status does not replace the acquiring organization’s own EFVP and deployment review.

CoeurWay describes French and English documentation, reusable templates, form generation, mobile use, consent support, Quebec hosting and a MYLE integration. Contract-specific data flows and deletion controls still require verification.
