What the official table establishes

In the Quebec government table updated July 9, 2026, CoeurWay, Plume IA and AutoScribe show both active TGV certification and a Santé Québec EFVP. MedAssistant shows TGV certification with its Santé Québec EFVP forthcoming. Tali AI, Heidi Santé Canada, AICA Scribe and NoteGen.ai show TGV certification without a Santé Québec EFVP. ScribeMD’s TGV is suspended.

A TGV status and a Santé Québec EFVP answer different questions. The government page also states that an acquiring organization must complete the EFVP applicable to its own context and the selected product.
