IN SHORT
How Teché defines a market, separates official status from provider claims, records uncertainty and decides what is ready to publish.
Teché Research turns a market question into a dated, source-backed dataset. It does not turn public webpages into recommendations.
1. Define the market boundary
Each research project begins with a named user, geography, problem and review date. The Quebec AI-scribe set includes products found in current government or program tables, plus products with explicit Quebec relevance discovered through provider sources. Adjacent tools are labelled as adjacent rather than silently treated as equivalents.
2. Start with primary sources
Government, regulator and professional-order sources establish public status and obligations. Provider sources establish what a company says about its product. Teché does not convert a provider claim into an official fact.
3. Record status exactly
- Official current: a dated row or statement in a current public authority source.
- Provider claim: a statement published by the provider.
- Not located: Teché did not find the product in the reviewed table. This is not proof that no other authorization exists.
- Open question: evidence the clinic should obtain for the proposed product, version and configuration.
4. Verify the decision fields
Profiles examine intended users, language, integrations, privacy and security claims, data handling, implementation boundaries and Quebec status. Every acquiring organization still needs to verify its own legal, privacy, professional, security, procurement and workflow requirements.
5. Apply a publication gate
A profile is published only when it has an official provider URL, a bounded summary, at least one source, dated evidence language, buyer questions and a bilingual pair. Missing evidence is stated instead of guessed.
6. Correct and refresh
Every profile has a review date, permanent URL and correction route. Teché rechecks volatile fields such as government status more often than background descriptions.

SOURCES AND REFERENCES
Check the evidence trail.
Each link opens a source or reference used to establish a status, describe a claim or explain the method. External sources remain authoritative for their current information.

RESEARCH INFORMS. CONSULTING FITS.
A report can narrow the field. It cannot map your clinic’s work.
Teché can examine the real workflow, roles, constraints and evidence before a solution is selected. Consulting remains separate from editorial inclusion.
