Survey objective
The Teché Pulse is designed to measure the operational problems Quebec clinics are trying to solve, the technologies already in use, implementation barriers and the outcomes teams consider useful. It is not designed to rank vendors or collect patient information.
Planned population and method
The questionnaire is intended for clinic owners and managers, operations leads, professionals accountable for a system, and privacy or technology leads. It will be available in French and English. Results must clearly disclose recruitment method, collection period, response count, partial responses, sample composition and the limits of a non-probability sample.
Core questions
- What type of organization do you represent and in which region?
- Which three operational problems are most costly or urgent?
- Which technology categories do you use or evaluate?
- Which barriers slow adoption: workflow, integration, budget, privacy, security, training, support or another factor?
- Which measures do you use before and after implementation?
- Which integrations and bilingual functions are essential?
- Where do you need independent support?
Privacy and publication
Respondents must not submit patient names, clinical information, chart numbers or details that could identify a patient. Optional professional contact details will be separated from analytical answers. Teché will publish aggregate findings only and suppress or combine small cells that could identify an organization.
Current status
The protocol and instrument are ready for bilingual pretesting. Collection is not open on this page. An invitation, privacy notice, retention period and withdrawal route will be published before any response is accepted.
